And for the topping you will need:
- 3-4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 can (180 g) tuna
- 1 small onion
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- half bell pepper
- 1/4 cup corn
This recipe is labeled "gluten-free", but please pay attention to the choice of dough.
- Roll the pizza dough and spread some tomato sauce in a very thin layer, or use pure ground tomatoes instead for a more "veggie" taste. Use 3-4 tablespoons for one standard pizza, as a thicker layer will prevent the dough from baking and will make it sticky.
- Top with canned tuna (both chunks and shredded are fine), and sliced pickled cucumbers, fresh onions, peppers, corn...
As you can see on the photo, this time I used cucumbers and onions only.
Note that the quantities listed are given roughly and you can change them to taste. However, I would recommend that you stick to the tomato sauce quantity given.
