Speaking of recipes, I must point out that this one is easy as 1-2-3! You'll have your lunch ready in half an hour without any pother!
- Bring 1,5 l of water to boiling. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and macaroni. Cook them al dente and drain.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Grate the ham. Quarter the mushrooms. If you're using fresh ones, you need to fricassee them first, until all liquid vapors. If you choose canned ones, just drain and cut them.
- Put drained macaroni into a baking pan (I used 25x25cm). Add ham, mushrooms, crushed white cheese and some oregano to taste. Combine. Add tomato sauce (or ketchup), just enough to soak the mixture and combine again. Generously sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
- Bake into a preheated oven at 250°C for 5-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
Serve warm with your favorite pizza supplement, if any. I like to top it with some mayo, and yogurt can be a very refreshing "side dish".
Enjoy and bon appétit!
